Delta Building Vizualisation (DBV) is a 3D-visualisation of Delta study building of the University of Tartu. It simulates eco-system of the building showing the 3D-building itself and furniture inside, area outside it, agents, user interface with current classes, weather and more.
DBV was created first of all to show the life inside the Delta building. Also to motivate and support the students and the staff of the university. It's last goal is to inspire visitors of the Delta centre to become students of University of Tartu.
DBV has a very rich history. Nine students of Computer Science were developing this project since 2017. This project had many stages of evolving but most notably few older features are still used nowadays: the 3D-building of Aleksander Nikolajev (2018), the lightning of Einar Linde (2019) and administrative tool made by Daniel Kütt (2019). Since 2019 project was advanced with the help of Andrzej Lippa, Kristo Männa and Aleksandra Leesment.
